Our story

Built after watching too many contractors get burned.

Before Conduit, we watched contractors sign with agency after agency, hand over a retainer, and get back a dashboard full of impressions that never once turned into a booked job.

So we picked one lane, HVAC and electrical, and went deep. We studied the seasonality, the emergency call patterns, the difference between a $200 repair and a $12,000 install, and built a way of working around what actually gets a job booked, not what looks good in a report.

That's still how we operate today: a small team, no layers between you and the work, and a plain rule that if something isn't producing booked jobs, we change it.
